Refund policy

Effective January 2026

At AarCode, all products are carefully inspected before dispatch. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or a coupon that can be used on the official website may be processed, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

Customers are required to notify AarCode of any issues within 3 days of delivery.

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Missing product received
  • Product not delivered

Requests raised 3 days after the date of delivery may not be accepted.

2. Return Request & Processing

  • Return requests must be initiated through the official AarCode website or email care.aarcode@gmail.com
  • All requests are subject to review and approval by the AarCode team.
  • Upon approval, a return pick-up will be scheduled and attempted up to two times.
  • For locations where reverse pick-up is unavailable, the customer may be required to self-ship the product to AarCode’s designated warehouse.
  • All returned products are subject to a mandatory quality inspection upon receipt.

Approval of a return does not guarantee approval of a refund or store credit and is subject to compliance with this policy.

 

3. Return Pick-Up Charges, Refunds & Store Credit

  • A flat return pick-up fee of ₹100 applies to all approved returns.
  • Upon successful quality inspection, customers may choose one of the following options:

  A. Refund to Bank / Original Payment Source

  • The refund amount will be equal to the product value minus ₹100 (return pick-up fee).
  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment or bank account, as applicable.
  • Shipping charges, COD charges, and other service fees are non-refundable.

  B. Store Coupon Code (Store Credit)

  • A store coupon code equivalent to the full product value will be issued, with no deduction.
  • The coupon code will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
  • Store credit is non-transferable, one-time use, and not redeemable for cash.

 

4. Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return approval:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
  • Clear images of the product with tags must be submitted during the return request.
  • Products that fail quality inspection due to wear, damage, or misuse may be rejected.

 

5. Missing / Wrong / Damaged Product Claims

  • An unboxing (opening) video is mandatory for all claims related to missing, wrong, or damaged products.
  • Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.

 

6. Sale Items & Exchanges

  • Products purchased during a sale or promotional period are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • AarCode size exchanges.
    • Customers may place a size exchange for an available in-stock size of the same product.

 

7. Address Modification

Address modifications for delivery can be done until the product hasn’t shipped by email care.aarcode@gmail.com or reaching out on +91 9355935611.

Once the product is shipped, address modification is not applicable.

  • The return pick-up address cannot be modified once the return process has been initiated.
